1. [Automatic control system]
Adopts 32-bit CPU which can transfer the technology data, collect data and modify data online. It provides hardware support to realize unmanned operation,

2. [Beating motion]
Optimum designed 4-link beating special for glassfiber weaving, it works excellently at ultra-high speed with short traverse and low vibration.
3. [Take-up motion]
Rolling type cloth fell brace rod and pressing roller prevent weft move during ewaving glassfiber fabric, and keep fabric with good appearance. The take-up roller and cloth guide roller are covered with special friction material to avoid cloth pressure mark.
4. [Weft insertion]
Adopts special units for glassfiber such as feeder, main nozzle, auxiliary nozzle and stretch nozzle, which are suitable to glassfiber insertion unit and reduce the damage to glassfiber and the insertion unit, extend its using life.
5. [Let-of system with double back roller for glassfiber]
This motion can exactly check and keep warp tension. Adopting servo-motor driving technology and decreasing response speed can ensure the fabric quality.

The quick doffing device make doffing easy and quick.
