| The perfume-finishing agent SCM is a perfume packed microcapsules. It releases fragrance by friction or other modes. It is suitable for treating cotton wool, silk, linen and chemical fabric. The fabric treated by this agent features pure perfume, pleasant fragrances, strong and durable perfume keeps. It is non-toxic to the human body, non-stimulation to the skin and non-allergic reactions. The technology of this agent is simple and easy to use.
The appearance of this agent is a milky solution with a PH value of 5-7 and efficient component of 40%, It can be breaks up to the water. The other characters are as follows: granularity less than 1um, average granularity100 nm, viscosity more than 100CPS/25C. The agent main perfume type include jasmine, fresh flower, international, lavender, green apple,. Lemon, sandalwood, forest, pine, cologne and rose etc.

1. padding Method:
Technical recipe: Perfume finishing agent SCM 30-60g/L
Low temperature fixer SCJ-939 30-60g/L
Mixing operation: First put SCM into the barrel, and then add same quantity warm water and homogenize it by stirrer. After that add SCJ-939and put balance water homogenize it again.
Technical Process:. fabricpadding(padding ratio 60-70%)drying(80-100C)finished products.
2. printing:
Technical recipe: Perfume finishing agent SCM 5-10%
Pigments Paste x%
Adhesive SP 15-20%
Thickener FAG 1-2%
Technical process: Printingdrying (80-100C)tentering (100-120C)finished products
3. dipping:
Technical recipe: Perfume finishing agent SCM 20-50g/L
Low temperature fixer SCJ-939 20-50g/L
Technical process: The fabric treated by bleaching and dyeing dipping(dipping consistently)separating water( reuse this liquid)drying(60-100C)finished products
4.spraying:
Technical recipe: perfume finishing agent SCM 10-20%
Low temperature fixer SCJ-939 20-30%
Technical process: filtering mixed solution by 100 colatorium or filter cloth spraying in linedrying(80-100C)finishing products
Packaging : 2kg or 25 kg in a plastic barrel, keep in cool warehouse , storage life for 6 months.
